Matthew Riehl is CareFactor’s Vice President of Operations & Strategic Partnerships. Matt’s responsibilities include claims processing, call center services, marketing, and managing relationships with our external partners.
Before joining CareFactor, Matt served as General Manager at Flash Global. In this role, he oversaw and expanded the health care sector that provided worldwide manufacturing, service, and distribution to industry leading companies. Throughout Matt’s career, he has participated in rapid company growth, as well as highly customer-focused organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Matt earned his B.S.B.A in Marketing from The Ohio State University. Additional interests include a herd of dogs that occupy his house, gardening, and aviation. Matt is a commercial pilot and actively pursues opportunities to slip the surly bonds of the Earth.
