Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

First and foremost, we hope this note finds you and your family in good health. Times like this are a reminder of the things that are truly important in our lives. 


During this trying time, CareFactor is here for you: 


  • Our customer service team is operating normal hours – 8 AM to 5 PM ET Monday through Friday.

  • All of our online member, client, and provider information systems are operating without interruption and are available 24 hours per day.

  • Claims are processing without disruption. All of our systems are working.


During this time, the rules and regulations are changing frequently. We are attempting to keep our teams up to date on the changes related to COVID-19. Once again, these regulations are very fluid. Some questions may take time to research by the staff. We ask for your patience while we strive to provide accurate information as quickly as possible.


We recommend that you use the CDC website for information concerning COVID-19.  The CDC website is a very good source for questions, updates, and other pertinent COVID-19 information.
