Bobby Handley is CareFactor’s Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. He is responsible for CareFactor’s legal, compliance, corporate governance, and human resource functions. With over 20 years in both the health insurance and self-funded fields, Bobby takes pride in being a business partner, not just a legal adviser.
Bobby earned his B.A. in History and Criminology from The Ohio State University and his JD from Capital University Law School. He is an experienced mediator and currently utilizes those skills by assisting tenants that are at risk for being evicted from their homes.
When he isn’t working, you will find Bobby traveling, listening to a wide variety of music, or just hanging out with his wife and three dogs.
